- Design and prototype innovation ecosystems integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and white papers distributed to Fortune 500 leadership
- Manage a $2M innovation incubator portfolio focused on 2030-readiness
- Represent NextGen at global futurist conferences and trend summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary trend-mapping methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Track record of implementing futures-based strategies generating $50M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
