- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and competitive threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategic implementations
