Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves

- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling skills for executive audiences
