Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives

- Present trend insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and internal strategy documents
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state product development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Deep understanding of global socioeconomic and geopolitical trends
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and strategic offsites
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
