Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and sociocultural trends to map 2026 opportunity landscapes
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation roadmaps
- Lead immersive foresight workshops with C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs with actionable recommendations
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for commercial applications
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex insights for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges
- Proven ability to influence organizational strategy with data-driven narratives
