Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Reports analyzing technological, societal, and economic megatrends
- Design strategic frameworks for organizations to navigate disruption and capture first-mover advantages
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test business models against future uncertainties
- Build proprietary trend-tracking systems using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence networks
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and innovation incubators
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of published trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, synthetic biology, or climate resilience tech
- Exceptional command of futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Strong public speaking experience with executive audiences and industry conference platforms
