Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design and implement horizon-scanning processes to maintain competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
