- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership on industry disruption trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
