Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual Future Outlook reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Build quantitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and technology summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience with strategic innovation tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Wild Cards)
