- Lead high-stakes ideation workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future-ready strategies
- Author proprietary trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most pressing challenges
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 100+ executive-level workshops delivered
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
