Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and market evolution
- Build scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate-driven disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with future-focused projects
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategy frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to C-suite audiences
- Experience with Delphi methods and probabilistic forecasting tools
