Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, sustainability, and exponential technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptive threats/opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Create quantitative models forecasting market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks, thought partners, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futures planning
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
