- Establish global innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Design and launch pilot programs for future-state workplace technologies and operational paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications and keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech) with published research
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into executable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
