- Develop actionable foresight frameworks for R&D pipeline prioritization and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into concrete product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for trend validation
- Author visionary white papers and executive briefings on technological convergence points
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting long-term innovation strategy
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic planning processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating visionary concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
