- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with operational roadmaps
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product development teams
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference speaking
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains: Web3, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Strong command of scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
