- Translate foresight into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with stakeholders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and innovation whitepapers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-critical solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or advanced R&D
- Deep expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing organizational strategy through futures research
- Exceptional command of AI, biotechnology, and climate tech landscapes
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFPS)
