- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and market inflection points impacting 2026+

- Translate future insights into actionable roadmaps for product development, market expansion, and organizational transformation
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging futures
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 5-10 year horizons
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
