Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in CPG and automotive sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Author whitepapers on future-of-work implications and ethical tech governance
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build the company's foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in AI/ML, circular economy, or human augmentation technologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing executive decisions
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell, Millennium Project)
