- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership

- Proficiency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning)
