As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, tech pioneers, and thought leaders to identify disruptive opportunities, mitigate existential risks, and develop sustainable growth frameworks. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar decisions across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, innovation roadmaps, and risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategic foresight
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., CFS)
