Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market potential
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating future disruptions
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, nanotech) and their socioeconomic impacts
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions using emerging tech stacks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation trends
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, backcasting)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year strategic adaptation
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
