As a key member of our Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable roadmaps that leverage breakthrough technologies like quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable ecosystems. Your insights will shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational resilience plans for the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate adaptation) and translate insights into strategic priorities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based models for quantum-resistant cybersecurity and decentralized governance systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product, engineering, and marketing teams on future-ready roadmaps
- Produce foresight reports with predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, carbon capture AI) for portfolio integration
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and other futurist forums to shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for technology transitions (e.g., Web3 to Web4)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (AC/SCF preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in journals like Futures or Technological Forecasting
