Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends through 2026 across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and space exploration
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate market shifts and technological inflection points
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate trend analysis into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across organizational functions
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging technologies and societal impacts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early warning signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight concepts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation projects
