Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for long-term strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and competitive disruption analyses
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing investments and R&D priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026 product/service conceptualization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or thought leadership pieces
