Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and global megatrends to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for product development and business expansion
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive innovations and industry disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Monitor horizon scanning reports and competitive intelligence to identify first-mover advantages
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
