Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for board-level stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership content and industry whitepapers
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize future-facing R&D investments
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Strong network with futurist and innovation thought leaders
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling frameworks
