Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones, deliverables, and success metrics for the next 3 years.
- Conduct in-depth macroeconomic and technological horizon scanning to identify emerging trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Design and stress-test multiple future scenarios (e.g., technological disruption, climate policy changes) to assess organizational resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level 2026 visions into actionable quarterly operational plans.
- Present complex strategic findings to stakeholders in a compelling, data-driven narrative format.
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts that could impact our 2026 supply chain and market expansion strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or futurism.
- Proven track record of forecasting and scenario planning with a demonstrated focus on the 3-5 year horizon.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and leading teams through uncertain strategic transitions.
