Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Vision, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight methodologies into product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Present high-level strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data visualization.
- Monitor global macroeconomic trends and technological advancements to continuously refine the 2026 roadmap.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a high-growth organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic foresight, scenario planning, or trend forecasting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of information into coherent strategies.
- Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with agile methodologies and change management within a corporate environment.
