- Establish innovation ecosystems through partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Champion future-proofing strategies across product development, operations, and talent acquisition
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking methodologies and future-readiness principles
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
