Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, quantum computing) to map 5-10 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-making and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and predictive intelligence briefings
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centered design
- Advort on policy implications and ethical considerations for emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise-wide strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., Shell Methodology) or foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future-state frameworks
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or global institutions
