Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Foresight Reports mapping technological, social, and economic inflection points
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients navigating AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience
- Lead immersive scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives in VR/AR environments
- Curate and analyze emerging signals from biotech, neurotech, and decentralized systems ecosystems
- Build predictive models for workforce transformation and human-machine symbiosis
- Author thought leadership pieces for FutureTech Review and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal analysis
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology roadmaps (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through future-oriented frameworks
