Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
