Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis frameworks across tech, social, and economic domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and market disruptors
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and venture partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and trend extrapolation
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI governance, quantum computing, or bio-convergence
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused analyses or frameworks
