- Build and maintain a future-focused innovation pipeline with quarterly horizon scanning protocols
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon as the authority on 2026 industry transformations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive strategies
