Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline maturity against 2026 benchmarks
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and strategic foresight tools
- Represent the company at global tech conferences as a thought leader on future trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering foresight insights that influenced $10M+ investment decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to non-technical executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism publications (e.g., Futures Journal, Techonomy)
- Proficiency in foresight platforms (e.g., Scenariio, Foresight Platform) and data visualization tools
