- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurism into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for upcoming industry challenges
- Author thought leadership publications and present trend forecasts at global forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic foresight projects
