Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop and present strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused roadmaps
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology, economics, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, climate tech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong analytical abilities with data modeling and scenario planning expertise
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry publications
- Global perspective with experience across diverse markets and cultures
