- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, neuro interfaces)
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for geopolitical and market shifts through 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author industry-defining white papers on sustainable innovation frameworks
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders across academia and industry
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product development pipelines
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate futurism roles
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Portfolio of published futurist research or industry-shaping strategic documents
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
