Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework for 2026+ trends across technology, markets, and society
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Establish a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
