Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Produce annual Future State Intelligence reports with quantitative trend modeling
- Design client-specific strategic roadmaps for AI adoption, sustainability transitions, and workforce evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Build proprietary foresight tools using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Present findings at global forums including Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/socioeconomic shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in quantitative modeling tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and carbon capture innovations
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
