Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscape
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Build innovation pipelines targeting $100M+ revenue opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Establish industry-wide thought leadership through keynotes and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, MBA, or relevant technical field
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and deep-tech founders
- Data-driven decision-making with complex predictive modeling skills
- Certification in innovation management or futures research preferred
