Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends, market disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning innovation with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for early trend detection
- Create compelling executive reports and presentations on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Mentor junior strategists and champion a culture of proactive innovation
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
