Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for AI systems and predictive models, specifically tailored for 2026 scalability and efficiency.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI integration, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of Generative AI and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging AI trends to keep the team at the forefront of industry developments.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams.
