Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Infrastructure: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale LLMs and multimodal agents.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive innovation in model fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering strategies.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer systems that maximize inference speed and minimize latency for real-time applications.
- Implement MLOps Best Practices: Establish CI/CD pipelines, version control, and monitoring frameworks for production models.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Architect systems that adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects in advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
