Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Frameworks: Design and implement scalable, multi-modal AI architectures capable of general reasoning and autonomous learning.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and Transformer evolution.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety and alignment protocols to ensure AI deployment is responsible and unbiased.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines and training infrastructure to reduce latency and cost.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and policy teams to translate technical vision into actionable roadmap items.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI research or software engineering, preferably within a leading tech or AI lab.
- Research Track Record: Proven history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering production-grade AI systems.
- Future-Proof Mindset: A strong intuition for emerging trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and Synthetic Data.
