Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through industry conferences, research partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
