Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable materials science
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business opportunities
- Oversee prototyping cycles for next-generation AI-human collaboration systems
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture collaborations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in relevant STEM field with publication record
- Experience securing federal grants and international research funding
