- Manage cross-functional R&D teams executing prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure and manage innovation partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Drive patent development and IP portfolio expansion
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate innovation, venture capital, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
