Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to define long-term technology investment strategies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints and prototype development
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and roadmap development
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIPM) a plus
