- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging industries (Web4, Neural Interfaces, Climate Tech)
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with R&D, engineering, and business units
- Develop future-proof frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and experimentation
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on future technology research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, HBR, or similar venues
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Third Wave)
- Experience with quantum computing and generative AI ecosystems
- Global network of innovators across Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, and Berlin
